When submitting your own merchant account services you must follow these rules or you will be permanently banned...

Sorry, I hate to lay down the law but the spammers and junk merchants get worse every day so it helps to protect the quality of this site for all and sundry.

Here we go...

1. Before submitting, please check whether your site is already in the database. Visitors to the site are welcome to add any company they have used in the past, so you may already exist in the database.

2. You must be a merchant account service provider - either providing real merchant accounts, a third party service or a money exchange service such as Paypal. Affiliate sites, information sites, link indexes etc. should not be submitted here and will not be accepted into this database (all information is validated before being publicly available).

3. Keep salesmanship to a minimum - like Yahoo we do not accept salesmanship in submissions - that you're the best, the greatest, the world's number 1 and so on. Facts only please. Our name is this. Our service is this. It is the job of our website visitors to review you. Once again, please stay factual and accurate. Oh, and please lay off the ALL CAPS and the exclamation marks!!!!!!!!!!

4. Please fill in all information - you are welcome to fill in a brief description of your services in the "description" area however to make the database more powerful and useful for visitors you are politely requested to enter the additional information such as your fees, which industries you *don't* accept and which countries you serve.

   By entering this information our visitors will be able to search this database and get very specific information.

5. In addition please add an email address for a contact within your business - not just a general "support" email. If we have any queries about your listing we may need to contact you. We simply don't have the time to go to each site in turn and look for an email address. If you don't leave an email address and we have a query your listing will automatically be discarded. Also, by providing an email address, you will receive written confirmation when your listing is accepted.

   Lastly you may be invited to participate in other ventures to help expand your business in the future such as further advertising opportunities on this site as they become available.

6. It is your choice whether you decide to provide a reciprocal link from your site to ours but please remember that (a) reciprocal link partners are given preferential treatment (such as having listings approved quicker, being offered special advertising deals, being featured in our newsletter etc.) as it is a fairer trade of traffic and that (b) it makes you look better because you can link to an unbiased site at which thousands of people every week can review and rate you. If you're good - the feedback will say as much. And that's the best testimonial there is.

7. We reserve total control - the database remains the sole property of MerchantAccountForum.com and we maintain complete control of it. Any submission which we regard as "spamming" at best will be discarded, at worst will result in you being permanently banned from the site. Please be aware of this before you click the submit button.

   On the other hand, we expect even the worst feedback to remain professional and you will be welcome to resolve issues and respond to any criticism. Please be assured of our genuine intention to keep this database fair for all parties.
