Under Oath - The Whole Truth"A little known 34 year old Michigan internet marketer consistently making over +$30,000 a month in net profits reveals the astonishing whole truth and nothing but the truth about internet marketing... that creates cash on demand!" That's the official introduction to this 200+ page marketing book aimed at a very general audience. If you make, or aim to make, money on the Internet with your own website then this book will appeal to you. So how far off the mark is this description? Is it all hype or is there a glimmer of truth in all the hardsell? The book starts off by setting out the author's credentials - including showing processing statements for his merchant account, testimonials about himself, marketing products he's bought and tested and so on. Many find this "self promotion" highly irritating and several other buyers of this book have been annoyed at the "fluff" in the introduction in that it doesn't directly add anything to your profits. However I feel this introduction is very interesting as it really helps to underline that Stephen Pierce really does know what he's talking about - and it's also quite inspiring to see screen captures of his Clickbank account showing turnover of up to $22,460.23 in a single two-week period! Pretty impressive I'm sure you'd agree. Under Oath is undoubtably most famous for it's search engine optimisation techniques - "smart pages" - which I highly recommend you avoid like the plague unless you want to risk being totally blacklisted by the search engines. However there are plenty of other reasons to buy this ebook including a variety of new strategies such as Pay per click piggy back riding, how 2 simple letters produced over $10,000 in net profits in 3 days and how he sold 965 copies of his ebook in just 49 days for $47,753.20 in net profits. All of this is fascinating, useful "from the trenches" advice from a real performer and gave me plenty of food for thought. However most interesting, to me, was how refreshing this book was. Full of new and exciting ideas and philosophies I really found this book to be totally unique amongst all the other hundreds of internet marketing books I've read since 1997. A wonderful breathe of fresh air. This book is highly recommended and only falls down on the author's insistence on including search engine spamming techniques.
